Notice the change in tile color - the tiny red tiles were hand painted in specialty tub and tile waterproof paint, in white, to update the look of the bathroom, to the client’s overwhelming satisfaction. No need to demo the tile.

Corner detail. Owner’s specs were that the mantel have a stone effect and complement the existing marble surrounding fireplace opening. Custom tinted Calce Cruda, special texture tools and glazes do the trick.
